Blend sugar and cinnamon. Lightly spray both sides of tortillas with cooking spray; sprinkle with sugar mixture. Press each coated tortillas into an 8-ounce custard cup to form a cup.
Bake at 350°F for 12 to 14 minutes or until lightly golden and crisp. Cool 5 minutes in cup. Remove from cups; cool completely on wire rack.
Mix strawberries, peaches, raspberries, honey and lemon juice. Scoop yogurt into tortilla cups; top with fruit mixture and sliced almonds. Serve immediately.
