Combine apples, raisins and cinnamon in large bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice, tossing well to coat. Spoon apple mixture into greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Mix contents of cereal packets and sugar in small bowl; cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle evenly over apple mixture.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Cool slightly. Serve warm with prepared whipped topping if desired.
