1 cup flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Mix flour, cereal and baking powder in large bowl; set aside.

Beat margarine or butter and brown sugar with mixer in medium bowl until creamy; add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Add milk and vanilla alternately with flour mixture, beating until smooth.

Spread batter into lightly greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan. Top with Crumb Topping.

Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Drizzle with powdered sugar glaze, if desired.
