Mix sugars, flour, egg substitute, margarine or butter, cocoa and vanilla until well blended.
Spoon into 36 greased mini muffin pan cups*. Sprinkle tops with chopped nuts.
Bake at 350°F for 18 to 20 minutes or until done. Cool in pan on wire rack for 5 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely on wire rack. Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar before serving.
