Original recipe yields 6 servings
1/3 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
4-1/2 cups bow tie pasta (10 oz.), cooked
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast s, grilled, sliced
2 cups broccoli florets, cooked until crisp-tender
1 medium red pepper, chopped

Beat mustard, oil and lemon juice with wire whisk until well blended.
Mix pasta, chicken, broccoli and red pepper in large bowl. Add mustard mixture; toss to coat. Cover.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves or chopped fresh parsley just before serving.
