Mix cereal packets and buttermilk in small bowl; let stand 15 minutes.
Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in another small bowl; set aside.
Blend eggs and brown sugar in large bowl; stir in buttermilk mixture and melted margarine or butter. Stir in flour mixture until combined. Mixture may be lumpy. Spoon batter into 12 paper-lined 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan cups.
Bake at 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm.
