1 cup coarsely chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onions
1-1/2 cups water
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Herb Seasoned Stuffing Mix

Melt margarine in large sauceoan on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and onions; cook and stir until tender.

Stir in water and mustard; bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 5 min. Remove from heat.

Add stuffing mix; mix well. Cover; let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork before serving.
