3 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1 pkg. (10 oz.) couscous
1 bunch green onion s, sliced (about 1 cup)
1/2 cup chopped red pepper s
1/2 tsp. grated lemon zest

Bring broth to boil in medium saucepan on high heat. Stir in mustard until well blended.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. or until liquid is absorbed.
