What You Need
Original recipe yields 72 servings
2 medium papaya s, peeled, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup HEINZ Distilled White Vinegar
4 habanero chili pepper s, seeded
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, peeled
1 Tbsp. molasses
1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

Let's Make It
Place all ingredients in blender container; cover. Puree until smooth.
Pour into saucepan.
Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 min.
Stir this hot sauce into soups or stews or serve with grilled meats or fish.
Buy chilies that have deep, bright colors. Avoid shriveled chilies or those with soft spots.
