Mix cereal, coconut, walnuts, honey and orange juice in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch baking pan.
Bake at 300°F for 25 minutes; stir. Bake 10 minutes more or until golden brown. Cool completely. Store in airtight container.
Serve as a cereal with milk or stir into yogurt or softened ice cream.
