When you want something warm, tasty and ready to eat in 20 minutes, think fajitas! This recipe, with pork loin and fresh peppers, is one of our favorites.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. boneless pork loin roast, cut into thin strips
1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
3/4 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
4 flour tortilla s (8 inch)
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Let's Make It
Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add pork and green pepper; cook on medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until pork is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender. Add salsa; cook until heated through, stirring frequently.
Place tortillas on microwavable plate. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds or until warmed.
Spoon meat mixture evenly over tortillas; sprinkle with cheese. Roll up.
Prepare as directed, using ground pork. Cook with green pepper until meat is no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Drain, if necessary.
