3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee
3 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, divided
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup strawberry jam
1/4 cup powdered sugar

Heat oven to 350°F.

Line 9-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray. Combine flour and baking powder. Microwave butter, coffee and 10 oz. chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add brown sugar and eggs; mix well. Stir in flour mixture. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake 30 to 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely.

Microwave remaining chocolate in medium microwaveable bowl 1 min.; stir until completely melted. Add cream cheese; beat with mixer until blended. Add jam and powdered sugar; mix well. Spread over brownie. Refrigerate 1 hour or until topping is firm before cutting into bars.
