If you're in the mood to try a different kind of meatloaf . . . Try this one, with bold and spicy steak sauce, whole kernel corn and chopped black olives.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
2 lb. lean ground beef
1 cup plain dry bread crumbs
3/4 cup A.1. Bold & Spicy Sauce, divided
2 egg s
1 red pepper, chopped, divided
1 can (6 oz.) pitted black olives, drained, chopped and divided
1 can (11 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
4 green onion s, sliced

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 375°F.
Mix meat, bread crumbs, 1/2 cup steak sauce, eggs and half each of the peppers and olives until blended. Shape into loaf in foil-lined 13x9-inch pan.
Bake 1 hour and 10 min. or until done (160°F). Let stand 10 min.
Meanwhile, mix corn, onions and remaining steak sauce, peppers and olives until blended. Serve spooned over meatloaf.
Serve with a mixed green salad for added color and texture.
Prepare meatloaf as directed; cool, then slice. Wrap individual portions in foil. Label, date and place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bags. When ready to serve, unwrap and microwave until heated through (160°F).
Keeping it Safe
To thaw frozen ground beef safely, keep meat wrapped and thaw on a plate on the bottom shelf of refrigerator. Never thaw meat at room temperature.
