What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup instant white rice, uncooked
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Let's Make It
Bring broth and garlic to boil in medium saucepan on high heat.
Add rice; stir. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook 10 min. Add spinach and mustard; stir. Cook, uncovered, an additional 8 to 10 min. or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
Stir in cheese.
Prepare as directed, using GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard.
