What You Need
Original recipe yields 3 servings
1 cup frozen vanilla nonfat yogurt, softened
1 container (6 oz.) vanilla low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks (1/2 inch)
1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Pineapple Flavor Gelatin
1 cup ice cubes

Let's Make It
Blend first 4 ingredients in blender until smooth.
Add ice; blend on high speed until thickened.
Make it Easy
Prepare fruit and store in 1/2-cup portions in resealable freezer-weight plastic bags. When you feel like a refreshing smoothie, remove frozen fruit from freezer and use as directed, omitting ice.
Prepare using your favorite flavor of JELL-O Gelatin.
Prepared smoothies can be stored in freezer for up to 1 week. Remove from freezer 30 min. before serving to thaw. Stir well before serving.
