Original recipe yields 6 servings
2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) KRAFT Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese, cut into 6 slices
12 garden herb woven wheat crackers
1/2 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained

Cut cheese slices diagonally in half.
Top each cracker with 1 or 2 tomato pieces and 1 cheese triangle. Place on microwavable plate.
Microwave on HIGH 10 to 15 seconds or until cheese begins to melt.
Prepare as directed, using CRACKER BARREL Sharp Cheddar Cheese.
For a delicious herbed flavor, assemble as directed. Sprinkle lightly with Italian seasoning, then microwave as directed.
