1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
2 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled
2 tsp. chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

Heat oven to 400ºF.
Prick potatoes in several places with fork or sharp knife.
Bake 1 hour or until tender. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients until blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Split potatoes. Serve topped with sour cream mixture.
Add chopped cooked chicken, pork or beef to the sour cream mixture before refrigerating.
