35 OREO Cookies, divided
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
4 pkgs. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Place 20 cookies in food processor container; cover. Process 30 to 45 seconds or until finely ground. Add margarine or butter; mix well. Press on bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Chop remaining cookies; set aside.

Blend cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in bowl with mixer at medium speed. Add eggs; mix until blended. Gently stir in 1 1/2 cups chopped cookies. Pour into crust. Sprinkle with remaining chopped cookies.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Cut into bars to serve.
