Remove baking pan from bread machine; insert mixing blade. Place water, margarine or butter, egg, lemon juice, salt, dry milk, flour, cereal and yeast into baking pan in order listed.
Follow manufacturer's directions, selecting SWEET program and LIGHT crust if possible; press START to begin. Check dough during the kneading process; it should be slightly tacky to the touch. Add additional flour or water 1 teaspoon at a time in the second knead only if dough is too dry or too wet.
Bake. Remove bread following manufacturer's directions. Cool.
