Let's Make It
1
Make Base For House: Rinse carton and staple or tape top closed. Cut 2 1/2 inches from carton bottom; discard bottom section. Place top portion on waxed paper. Cut 2 whole graham crackers in half lengthwise along perforation to form a total of 4 long pieces. Using Royal Frosting, attach 1 whole graham and 1 long piece to each side of carton, making grahams even with bottom edge of carton and centering on each side of carton. To form roof base, attach 1 whole graham sideways at top ridge of carton using Royal Frosting under graham to build ridge height. Repeat for other side of roof. Cut remaining grahams with serrated knife to fit under eaves on sides of house.
2
Tile Roof: Spread Royal Frosting generously on one side of roof. Beginning at bottom, quickly press crackers into frosting, allowing first row of crackers to overhang the graham roof base as pictured. With serrated knife, cut top row of crackers t o fit as needed. Repeat with second side of roof. Cut 3 candy cane candies in half with sharp knife. With Royal Frosting using small star tip, attach candy cane pieces to roof peak as pictured.
3
Trim House and Make Windows: Attach red roll candies with Royal Frosting to corners of house as pictured, covering exposed carton. Cut 7 yellow gum sticks into 13 (1-inch) pieces for windows. Cut remaining 2 yellow gum sticks into 2 inch lengths fo r picture window on sides of house. Attach windows to house with Royal Frosting.
