Place first 9 ingredients in food processor fitted with steel blade. Process for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.
Mix chicken mixture and peanut butter in bowl.
Spread 1/4 teaspoon chutney on each wafer. Spoon or pipe 1 1/2 teaspoons peanut butter mixture onto each wafer. Sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate until serving time.
