Microwave caramels and water in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 min. or until caramels are completely melted, stirring after each minute.
Dip apples into melted caramel, then into nuts, turning to evenly coat all sides.
Caramel sauce can be cooled to room temperature before dipping apples into it, if desired.
