2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 large cucumber s, peeled, thinly sliced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
