1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/3 cup BREAKSTONE'S FREE or KNUDSEN Fat Free Sour Cream
2 tsp. maple-flavored or pancake syrup
4 graham crackers, each broken into 4 small rectangles
