2 pkg. (16 oz. each) frozen cauliflower florets, thawed
4 carrot s, shredded (about 2 cups)
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2/3 cup KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves

Heat oven to 375°F.
Cut large cauliflower florets in half. Combine vegetables in 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over vegetables.
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through.
