A blend of brown-sugar walnuts and raisins add extra sweetness to this easy sweet potato side dish. Bonus: It's ready to serve in just 10 minutes.

4 small hot baked sweet potatoes
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 cup PLANTERS Walnut Pieces
1/4 cup raisins

Cut an "X" in each sweet potato; squeeze from both ends to open at top.

Place remaining ingredients in small microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute or until margarine is completeley melted when stirred.

Spoon 1/4 of the walnut mixture over each potato.

Make Ahead
Sweet potatoes can be cooked up to 2 days in advance. Store in refrigerator until ready to use. To reheat, microwave on HIGH 1-3 minutes or until hot. Top with prepared walnut mixtrure as directed.
