What You Need
Original recipe yields 10 servings
1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped roasted red peppers
50 lightly salted woven wheat crackers

Let's Make It
Mix artichokes, Neufchatel and Parmesan cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Stir in peppers; cover.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Spread 2 tsp. of the artichoke mixture onto each cracker.
Use Your Microwave
To serve warm, prepare as directed. Place 6 topped crackers on microwavable plate. Microwave on HIGH 15 to 20 seconds or until warmed. Repeat with remaining topped crackers.
