Fill an appetizer tray with these delicious crackers topped with warm ham slices glazed with Dijon mustard, brown sugar and cloves.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
2-1/2 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp. light brown sugar
dash ground cloves
3 slices OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham, each cut into 4 equal squares
12 woven wheat crackers
12 parsley sprigs

Let's Make It
Mix mustard, brown sugar and cloves.
Place 1 ham square on each cracker; top each with about 1/4 tsp. of the mustard mixture. Place 6 topped crackers on microwavable plate.
Microwave on HIGH 15 to 20 seconds or until heated through. Top each with parsley sprig. Repeat with remaining crackers. Serve warm.
Substitute 12 drained pineapple chunks for the parsley sprigs.
Use Your Broiler
Preheat broiler. Assemble appetizers as directed; place on baking sheet. Broil, 3 to 4 inches from heat, 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through. Top with parsley before serving.
