1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. red wine vinegar (Kosher for Passover)
1 clove garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
4 halibut steaks, (1-1 1/2 lb.)

Let's Make It
Mix olives, parsley, vinegar, garlic and 1 tablespoon of the oil.
Brush fish with remaining 2 tablespoons oil in 13x9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake at 400°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Transfer to serving platter. Spoon olive mixture over fish.
