Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/2 lb. extra-lean ground beef
6 oz. 2% Milk VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
3 Tbsp. milk
1 pkg. (10 oz.) mixed salad greens
1 tomato, chopped
1/4 cup sliced onion s
1/2 cup KRAFT Fat Free Thousand Island Dressing

Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
Add 2% Milk VELVEETA and milk; cook 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
Place salad greens on platter; top with tomatoes, onions and meat mixture. Serve with dressing.
How to Chop Tomatoes
Slice tomato into wedges. Cut each wedge into small pieces.
Prepare using KRAFT Thousand Island Dressing.
How to Ripen Tomatoes
To ripen tomatoes, place an apple with them in a closed brown paper bag pierced with a few holes. Let stand at room temperature for 2 to 3 days or until tomatoes are ripe.
