Spoon 1/4 cup meat mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up. Arrange, seamside down, in 12x8-inch microwavable dish. Top with remaining salsa and VELVEETA. Cover loosely with plastic wrap.
Microwave on HIGH 4 minutes until VELVEETA is melted.
