What You Need
Original recipe yields 14 servings
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 cup chopped onion s
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen green beans, cooked, drained
1 can (15 oz.) pork and beans
1 can (15 oz.) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained, rinsed
3/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Let's Make It
Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir until tender.
Stir in all remaining ingredients except cheese. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 min., stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Cook 2 to 3 min. or until cheese is melted.
Substitute 1 can (15 oz.) kidney or pinto beans for the garbanzo beans.
