Cook and stir garlic and onion in oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 1 to 2 minutes. Add peppers; cook 2 minutes or until tender-crisp.
Stir in sauce and pepper flakes. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook until thoroughly heated.
Toss with hot pasta. Sprinkle with DI GIORNO Grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
