What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. (1 oz.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
12 TACO BELL® Crunchy Taco Shells
3/4 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
3/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 can (2-1/4 oz.) sliced black olives, drained

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350°F.
Mix meat and seasoning mix; shape into 36 (1-inch) balls. Place in 15x10x1-inch pan.
Bake 15 to 20 min. or until done (160ºF).
Fill each taco shell with 1 meatball; drizzle with salsa. Top with 2 meatballs dipped in sour cream. Garnish with olives to resemble eyeballs.
Prepare using leaner cuts of ground beef, such as ground round or ground sirloin, and BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream.
Substitute TACO BELL® Taco Sauce for the salsa.
