Original recipe yields 10 servings
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Dash nutmeg
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 ripe banana, sliced

Mix all ingredients in medium bowl until blended using wire whisk.

Pour scant 1/2 cups batter onto large hot skillet sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. Cook over medium-low heat until bubbles appear. Flip over with spatula. Cook until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.

Serve hot with butter and warm syrup.
