3 green onions, chopped
1 Tbsp. minced cilantro

Preheat oven to 400°F. Prick potatoes in several places with fork. Bake 1 hour or until tender.
Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients until well blended; cover. Refrigerate until ready to use.
