3/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
Stir in pasta, sauce and 1/2 cup of the Parmesan cheese. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese and remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
