Mix cheese, crumbs and pepper. Dip fish in egg; coat with cheese mixture.
Place in greased shallow baking dish.
Bake in preheated 450°F oven for 5 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Variation: Prepare as directed, substituting boneless skinless chicken breast halves for fish. Decrease oven temperature to 400°F. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
