1 lb. lean ground beef
4 KRAFT Big Slice Colby Jack Cheese Slices
4 kaiser rolls, split, toasted
8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked
1/4 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
1/4 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa

Let's Make It
Shape meat into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
Cook in skillet on medium heat 5 min. on each side or until done (160°F). Top with cheese; cook 1 min. or until melted.
Fill rolls with cheeseburgers; top with bacon, dressing and salsa.
Serve with hot cooked corn on the cob and a mixed green salad tossed with KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing.
Use Your Grill
Heat grill to medium heat. Grill patties 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done (160°F). Continue as directed.
Add one or more toppings to your burger, such as guacamole, grilled peppers, grilled onions or sautéed sliced fresh mushrooms.
For a whole grain alternative, substitute whole wheat hamburger buns for the kaiser rolls.
