1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP or MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
1/8 tsp. salt

Add potatoes to boiling water; cook 14 minutes or until fork-tender. Drain.
Mix dressing and seasonings in large bowl.
Add potatoes, celery and onions; mix lightly. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
Make Ahead Pasta or Potato Salads
Prepare pasta or potato salads up to two days in advance by combining the MIRACLE WHIP with the seasonings and refrigerating this mixture separately from the cooked pasta or potatoes. Then, just before serving, stir the two together.
Use Your Microwave
Place quartered potatoes and 1/3 cup water in 3-quart microwavable casserole; cover. Microwave on HIGH 14 to 16 minutes or until tender, stirring after 8 minutes. Drain. Continue as directed.
Increase dressing to 3/4 cup. Stir in 1/2 tsp. dill weed, 1 cup small broccoli florets and 1/2 cup shredded carrot.
