1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice or prepared orange juice from concentrate
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast s
12 slices bacon

Mix together orange juice, salad dressing and marmalade. Wrap chicken with bacon. Pour 1 cup of the orange juice mixture over chicken and marinate overnight. Discard marinade. Bake chicken at 350°F for 45 minutes, covered, then bake 15 minutes , uncovered, to brown. Bring the remaining orange juice mixture to a boil and cook until slightly thickened. Pour over chicken. Serve over rice. Makes 4 servings.
