1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 English muffin s, split, toasted
1 pkg. (8 oz.) VELVEETA Shredded Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product

Combine chicken, shrimp, celery, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Top each muffin half with 2 heaping tablespoons of the mixture. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Top with about 2 tablespoons VELVEETA. Bake until VELVEETA melts. Serve immediately. Makes 12 sandwiches.
