8 slices white bread, crusts trimmed
3/4 lb. (12 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut up
2 cups cubed ham
7 egg s
2 cups milk

Spread butter onto both sides of bread slices. Line bottom of greased 12x8-inch baking dish with 8 slices of bread.

Top with VELVEETA and ham.

Mix eggs and milk; beat well. Pour over ingredients in baking dish. Cover; refrigerate overnight.
