1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut up
3 cans (10-3/4 oz. each) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can (4 oz.)sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
large dip-style corn chips

Saute onions in butter. Cook broccoli and drain off water. Place all ingredients except the chips in slow cooker. Cook on high setting until VELVEETA is melted; stir. Reduce heat to low; heat until ready to serve. Serve with corn chips. Makes 7-1/2 cups.
