1 medium onion
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut up
1/2 cup milk

Peel and slice potatoes and onions. Cook them together in a large pot of water (with a little salt added) until tender. Drain. Add VELVEETA and milk, stirring until VELVEETA is melted. Place in 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake at 350°F about 30 minutes or until light brown. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
