Original recipe yields 6 servings
3 cups elbow macaroni
1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA LIGHT Reduced Fat Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
salt to taste (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook macaroni in boiling salted water. In meantime, in a large bowl, microwave VELVEETA and butter on HIGH 3 to 4 minutes or until VELVEETA is nearly melted when stirred. Add the cream of chicken soup and milk; whisk until well blended. When macaroni is done, drain and add to VELVEETA mixture. Season with pepper and salt. Pour into a 2-1/2-quart casserole dish, cover and bake for 40 minutes. Enjoy! Makes 6 to 8 servings.
