Cook noodles according to package directions. While noodles cook, combine soup, milk, water and VELVEETA in medium saucepan. Heat to boiling point, stirring frequently to prevent scorching. Combine noodles, turkey, pimento and peas and carrots in large mixing bowl. Pour VELVEETA sauce over noodle mixture and mix well. Place noodle mixture in 13x9-inch baking pan; cover. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
