Cut VELVEETA into 1/4-inch cubes and melt in double boiler, stirring until no lumps are evident. Stir in mayo until thoroughly blended. Remove from heat; stir in horseradish and hot pepper sauce. Immediately pour into storage containers. Put on lids and refrigerate. Makes 2-1/4 cups.
