Boil potatoes for 30 to 40 minutes. Mash together with salt, pepper, egg, milk and butter. Next, add peas to mixture. Stir well. Add turkey if there is some. Last, but not least, melt VELVEETA and 1/2 cup milk; pour over mixture. Blend well. Pour into large casserole dish; cover. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
