Let's Make It
Brown ground beef in saucepan; drain. Add VELVEETA and stir. Add soups and tomatoes and chilies slowly and mix well. Heat until VELVEETA is completely melted. Add chili powder. Serve warm with tortilla chips. Makes 7 cups.
Note: Leftovers can be stored in refrigerator and warmed in the microwave. (Do not use plastic.)
